These are endurance exercises so you may want to time how long you can go for. Try each of these separately. Avoid hitting the adjacent strings.

These trills are designed to stretch your fingers. If it starts to hurt, stop. If it feels uncomfortable try repositioning your hand and relaxing.

It is important to concentrate on not hitting adjacent string on this next exercise. Make sure you anchor your thumb on the back of the neck.
